We offer a hassle-free 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original condition from when they left our warehouse.

All manuals and packaging must be undamaged and in tact.

To arrange a refund please email info@prep2survive.co.uk with the following details:

• Your order number (begins with #P2S).
• A description of your issue.
• Photos of the packaging, manuals and the product.

Once we have received your email we will reply with the next steps on how to proceed with your refund and return.

Please note we will not accept any returns where the product has been used or the packaging has been badly damaged.

Please note we are also unable to refund products that are marked as "special order" within the product page details. These products are specifically ordered for you from our European warehouse. By ordering a product marked as "special order" you are committing to this purchase.

We are legally entitled to make a deduction from any refund equal to loss in value associated with unnecessary handling of the product. This is anything more than what would normally be expected when inspecting a product in a retail shop.

We will usually process your refund the same day we receive the return and once processed, refunds usually take 1-3 days to go back into your account but on some very rare occasions can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

We will refund the cost of goods returned but is not obliged to refund the cost of postage and packaging.

Certain products are exempt and can not be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun. This includes, but is not limited to; goods made to your specifications or goods modified from the manufacturers original specifications.
